Prestige Labor Solutions (PLS) was founded in 2019 by Kyle McAuliffe and his brother. Building the company around a problem they had seen firsthand: the AV staffing industry was inconsistent. PLS was built to fix that, one crew at a time.
What began as a small operation has grown into a nationwide staffing network spanning more than 49 states, with over 1200 shows completed, more than 9000 technicians placed across the country, and over 300 clients who trust PLS to crew their productions year after year. The love of live events that started it all is still the reason the standard stays as high as it does.
